Estoublon Organic AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our house favorite olive oil. Served exclusively on property and voted Best in the World in global olive oil ratings. A “Vallée des Baux-de-Provence” PDO extra virgin olive oil that reflects the terroir: balanced and generous. The PDO extra virgin Olive Oil is the "great classic" of Château d'Estoublon and is served daily at Le Mas des Poiriers.
BALANCED, INTENSE, VEGETAL
On the palate, the blend is balanced and intense. There are hints of freshly cut grass and a slightly fiery finish. A fine balance between the different varieties: Béruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque and Picholine.
Ingredient: Organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
